Because the grain direction of the layers of veneer alternate, the panel is extremely strong. Plywood doors are available with or without cedar borders. We manufacture at our local Burleigh factory, using raw 6mm A Grade marine plywood sheets which are fixed to 50 x 50 x 1.6 box section aluminium frame. Plywood sheets are fixed with sicoflex internally and C Brad nails externally.

Available in door sizes: 1485mm - 3050mm high & 1550mm - 6000mm wide plywood.
Please ask our representative about the option to powder coat the frame and all B&D Panelmasta hardware (where possible).
Western red cedar borders and stain are optional. Unless specified Harris Doors will manufacture 68 x 10mm WRC borders and embossments at our discretion. Please ask our representative to price this attractive option.
Plywood is raw and must be stained or painted immediately after installation to ensure the door’s protection against the weather.
