'Neolon' Closed Cell Foam (N.R.P) 

This non-toxic, thermoplastic Polyethylene 'Neolon' Closed Cell (N.R.P) foam is one of the most effective insulation products on the market. With high compressive strength, this buoyancy foam is lightweight, strong & durable. The shock absorbing properties and other qualities of NRP foam, combined with its low cost, mold-ability and ease of processing make it a popular insulation material. 

It's extremely safe compared to other insulation materials. NRP is a fire retarded polymer with a controlled fire spread and as the actual mass of plastic material in the foam is minimal, upon the application of a heat source, the cellular structure will collapse and retract back from the hot point. NRP is thus able to meet accepted regulatory for ignitability, spread of fire, heat evoked and smoke developed. NRP, as a closed cell organic substance does not have a lasting environmental impact and is impervious to bacteria, mildew and mould. This foam is only available in a modern slate grey colour to keep the inside of your garage as stylish as the rest of your home.

Green Insulation™ is proud to introduce Reflecta-GDI™, the future of garage door insulation. The GDI product is a breakthrough in protecting the insulation surface from oxidisation and corrosion. This protective coating provides for a sustainable long term R-value. The highly reflective garage door insulation is made up of two layers of pure aluminium foil reflecting up to 97% of radiant heat. Each layer of foil is heat laminated to a tough layer polyethylene sandwiching air pockets for thermal insulation.
