Warranty period applies from date of purchase, a copy of your invoice will be required as proof of purchase. Warranty claims are excluded for consumables and parts subject to wear e.g. fuses, batteries, light bulbs, mechanical braking systems, remotes etc. Harris Doors will cover the fi rst 12 months parts, call out fee and labour. Marantec will cover a further 4 years on parts only excluding Harris Doors labour. Warranty void if the door is not serviced and maintained annually by Harris Doors. In the event of repair or replacement as a result of fi ling a warranty claim there is no entitlement to an extension of the warranty period.
