EPS is one of the fastest growing insulation products because of its stable R-value. We use 40mm SL expanded polystyrene (EPS) which is lightweight, strong, durable and unaffected by humidity .The shock absorbing properties and other qualities of EPS foam, combined with its low cost, moldability and ease of processing make it a popular insulation material, The method of calculating EPS properties is simple: the thicker and denser the EPS, the better the insulation or thermal resistance (R value). The R Value on 40mm is .95 It is coated with white, durable, easy to wipe clean interior polyester resin coated finish

Options

In addition to your choice of a new sectional overhead garage door, the insulation pack consists of : EPS insulation with white, durable, easy to wipe clean interior polyester resin coated finish and springs designed to suit additional weight.  Or if retro-fitting to an existing door, EPS insulation without resin finish so it will not affect your current springs.

NOTE: To maximise the insulationvalue it is recommended that jamb and head seal kits be added.  These kits can be added from as little as $120+GST
